| Coyotes!! Protect Our Pets!
Posted on: 2009-04-29
There seems to be a substantial presence of coyotes on the property recently, and they are in their usual predatory role. They've been attacking cats, rabbits, dogs, and pigeons. Yes, residents have spotted the remains of the predated animals.
Residents are advised not to feed the birds or squirrels now, as birds and squirrels attract cats and coyotes.
If you have a confrontation with a coyote, try to make yourself appear larger, and make a lot of noise to hopefully drive away the coyote. Also, keep your pets near you and on a leash. Coyotes have lost some their fear of humans, and we must not appear friendly to them.
Thanks for your cooperation.

Posted on: 2006-08-17
In order to provide you a service for screening prospective tenants, please go to www.factualdata.com, or e-mail Advantage Tenant at info@advantagetenant.com.
This will, hopefully, enable you to find better tenants and eliminate less desirable prospects. This will benefit you and Summit Park. Good luck!
