Approved Stain and Paint Formulas The Home Depot, at Parker Road and Chambers, has all the approved formulas in their computer under “SUMMIT PARK.”
DECK/BALCONY STAIN: “Behr SOLID (not semi-transparent) Redwood DP-330.” This is the only approved stain and color. Or simply mention 'Summit Park.'
DOORS: There are three approved colors/formulas, 'Cherry Bark,' 'Autumn Sage,' and 'Summit Park 1' (original Ivory color). Natural wood stain is also acceptable.
EXTERIOR TRIM: Our standard/existing taupe color, known as 'Summit Park 2,' can also be found at The Home Depot. The Association is responsible for painting the exterior, but individuals may choose to touch up their trim.
Feel free to contact the Architectural Control Committee with questions.
